4th of July Coloring Contest!

Eligibility: The Summer Elf Coloring Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States. Parents over the age of 18 are eligible to submit completed coloring sheets from children 10 years of age or below. Participants must download the eligible coloring sheet from this web page and follow the below submission process (see "How to Enter")

Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Summer Elf Enterprizes, LLC

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement and acceptance to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

Contest Period: The Contest begins on 28th June, 2023 at noon EST and ends on July 4th, 2023 at 12 midnight EST (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter: The method of entry will be via your Instagram post. You must reference @thesummerelf page, and enter the age of your child submitting to determine age category. Good luck!

Winner Notification: The winners will be posted to The Summer Elf website on July 7th, 2023 at 5:00pm EST. Winners are required to email teeni@thesummerelf.com by July 15th, 2023 at 5pm to claim their prize. 

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for both age categories:

• 1st Place Prize:​ The Summer Elf Starter Pack (Plush, Book, Wrist-Band, Water Bottle) + Stickers

• 2nd Place Prize: The Summer Elf Book, Plush, Wrist-Band, Stickers

• 3rd Place Prize: The Summer Elf Book, Wrist-Band, Stickers

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the Prize.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Georgia, USA.
